PRESENTATION TITLE: “Kuraray Interlayers for Structural Glazing”
Tomas Ryc joined Kuraray (at that time it was still DuPont Glass Laminating Solution) in 2005.
Since “day one”, whole his carrier is dedicated to Glass Laminating business. He started his journey as Sales & Technical Representative. Afterwards he became, for more than three years, Global Product Line Manager for Butacite®G (100% postindustrial recycled PVB). Then, for more two years, Mr. Ryc, worked as Europe, Middle-East and Africa Technical Manager of DuPontTM Glass Laminating Solutions.
To utilize all the experiences he’d gained within more than 9 years long carrier in glass laminating industry Mr. Ryc moved to his new role. As of January 2014 he has been fully focused on Structural Interlayer (Trosifol®ES and SentryGlas®) Market Development activities in Central and Eastern Europe including the great Russia.
Mr. Ryc is a native of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He has mechanical engineering background (from Czech Technical University in Prague, CZ & University of Victoria, B.C, Canada). He is 45 years old, married and has two children.
